Q: What happens in the case of severe weather. Will the race be rescheduled?
A: Please remember this is a trail run that will be held outdoors, in the elements. In the event of heavy rains or severe weather, the course may become impassible. Should this occur, we will do our best to reschedule the race for a later date and you will be notified via email. Please note there will be no refunds if we are unable to reschedule the event.
Q: What should I do if I experience an emergency on the course?
A: We will have unmanned refreshment aid stations to keep you hydrated throughout the course, but if you experience any kind of life threatening emergency, please be sure to call 911. For any non-life threatening emergencies, please call Jackie at 580-795-4380.
Q: Is this a different course than the DanMan Challenge?
A: The Equinox Trail Run will be the exact same course as the DanMan Challenge.
Q: Is this a family friendly event?
A: Yes! Race supporters will have a warm Ranch House to hang out in during the race. Kids are welcome!
REGISTRATION CUTOFF
All runners MUST be registered by September 12th in order to receive a finisher medal and a t-shirt. Online registration will no longer be available after the 12th.
Same day sign up will be available the morning of the race, but with an understanding that you will not be able to receive a finisher medal or t-shirt.
